Hi everyone,

Some really great news... we finally decided on album art!

Printing is our next step, so hopefully we can get these out soon. If you don't want to wait for the hard copies, the record will be on itunes shortly.

Greetings Friends,

We have finally come to the end of the long process of making our first album as The Hudson Branch! We picked up the final copy last night and gave it the ol' car-test-drive. We're really happy with it and very eager to start sharing this album.

Anyway there is still much to do before this reaches all of your ears, but the good news is it won't take long. Within the next couple of weeks we should have the new record up on itunes, amazon etc... and hopefully shortly after that we'll have actual hard copies for those that want them.

We really appreciate the support and patience all of you have given us and hope that you enjoy what we have done. We are all very proud of it.

Many updates on the recordings. Right now our producer, Joey Lemon, is finishing up the mixes and final tambourine for the album. We're all really excited for this full-length and probably a lot more excited to get out and start playing some shows.

Also, the artwork and the track list for the record is coming close, so check back soon for a preview of the album.

Finally, we have to mention our show at the beat kitchen coming up. It's on Sunday, May 24th at 6:30pm. We're playing with Shadows on a River, which we're all extremely excited about.

Well, recording started last friday and things are going great. Right now, we're recording vocal tracks and mixing some things. The plan is to be completely finished within the week. As far as mixing and mastering, it may be another week or so.

We're still looking for album art so if you would like to be apart of our first full-length, please contact us and let us know.

The Hudson Branch has big things on the horizon. We begin working on our very first LP as a band on March 7th. Keep checking back for updates and videos on our progress.

Happy 2009 everyone!

First of all, many thanks to everyone who downloaded the winter ep. We appreciate the support.

Second, right now we're still writing and trying to put together songs for our full-length. We're all really excited to get back to recording. Much like our debut ep, the full-length will be recorded live with expectations of 10-11 songs.
